There are times when we have open dates available for “smaller projects” as we await inspections, cabinets, windows, etc.

Here is our first example of a “smaller project. This client want to keep their cabinets, but replace their counter top with granite, add a new faucet and sink, open up the counter seating area and add a new tile backsplash. Here are the before and after photos.
Here are examples of where a client wanted to add crown moldings to several rooms in their home and the second set is where a client took empty space in the lower level to convert into closet storage for Christmas items, seasonal clothing, etc.
