· Once we have an initial phone conversation, we will set up a “meet and greet” to have a walk-through with you and to gain a comprehensive understanding of your project.
· Promptly, we will fill up with a free detailed quote that will provide specifics on mechanical (electrical, plumbing, etc.), carpentry, finishes (painting, tile work, etc.), and allowances for item purchases.
· Upon your approval, we will set up a timetable to design and schedule.

Chris Childs, owner
Meet Chris Childs, owner and operator of Tri-County Builders. He is a licensed builder and a Journeyman carpenter. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in construction management specializing in historic remodeling. Most importantly he has over 20 years of hands on experience building homes in the Tri-County area for which he has won many awards. He specializes in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and custom trim work. After 20 years in the business he is knowledgeable about every aspect of building a home. He prides his self on being able to come up with innovative solutions to each client’s needs. Chris meets with every client individually and coordinates every part of the project from permits to final inspection.
